Mill Inspection
Shanghai All-Will Steel Company supply client Mill Quality Certificate for each order, in the Mill Quality Certificate, there are the chemical composition and mechanical property such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact test value, etc. If it is necessary, we also will supply the inspection report of UT, PWHT,HIC and so on.    

Third Party Inspection

Over the past 15 years, we have good cooperation with third party inspection organizations, Such as SGS, VELOX,BV, TUV, PMI, BV,LR, GL, RINA, ABS, CCS, NK, DNV, KR, etc.

Scope of Inspection: Quality check, Packing and storage check, Marking check, Visual quality check, Dimension check, Document review, Quantity verification, Chemical composition analysis, Tensile test, Loading supervision, etc.

We apply Third Party to make inspection according to client’s requirement. After inspection, the official inspection report will be sent to client. 

Inspection Before Shipment

The inspection before shipment mainly include Dimension check, Marking check, Visual quality check, Packing check, Document review, etc. If it is convenient to our client, we can also invite client attend our inspection work.

Dimension Inspection

Mainly inspect the tolerance of size, thickness, length, width, flatness, surface and so on. 

Mark Inspection

Mainly inspect the grade, size and the heat no. manufacturer and so on.

Package Inspection

Package inspection: We will check the package before and after loading to the port, If any damage, we will change it. According to different products, we have different package for customer choice.
